At BERLOOK, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your sustainable swimwear and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all hangtags and hygienic liners intact; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
